The African King Who Discovered America Before Christopher Columbus

Published

on

Today we’re bringing you a captivating historical documentary that explores the intriguing possibility of pre-Columbian transatlantic contact by the Mali Empire. The film delves into the legend of Emperor Muhammed ibn Qu, also known as Mansa Abu Bakr II, who is said to have embarked on a monumental voyage across the Atlantic Ocean, predating Christopher Columbus.

The documentary begins with the story of Mansa Musa, who recounts the tale of his predecessor’s ambitious journey. It paints a vivid picture of Muhammed ibn Qu’s resolve, as he leads a massive fleet from the shores of West Africa into the unknown, driven by insatiable curiosity and a desire for discovery.

Through animated re-enactments, and a review of historical and archaeological evidence, we investigate the narrative of the Mali Empire’s exploration and the possibility of its interaction with the indigenous peoples of the Americas. It explores the testimonies of explorers like Christopher Columbus and Vasco Nunez de Balboa, who encountered evidence of African presence in the New World.

The film also delves into the work of modern researchers like Clyde Ahmad Winters and the Smithsonian Institution, who have uncovered artifacts and skeletal remains suggesting pre-Columbian African contact with the Americas. It presents a compelling case for a cultural exchange that might have occurred long before European exploration, reshaping our understanding of world history.

This is not just a journey into the past; it’s an exploration of the Mali Empire’s legacy and its potential impact on global history. This documentary invites viewers to ponder the vastness of human exploration and the interconnectedness of our world’s civilizations.

Hey I got one for ya. Recently I was watching an episode of an old western series called maverick from 1957. There was a guy who turned up in this town saying he became trapped in an old Indian burial ground and had great difficulty in getting because a huge storm hit and he had no idea how he managed to get out of this area. He told them the name of the place was wakonda. So I looked it up and guess what? It is actually spelled wakondah. The small hats always show you things , you just have to read between the lines

The white vikings from scandinavia settled in north america in the 8th and 9th century. But when they increased in numbers the native americans attacked and killed them. Before that the chinese landed on the west coast of the US, but they didnt consider it worthwhile to settle there.

This is a pure fabricated story created by muslims to give the impression that they discovered the Americas.

Red Indian legends say that as per their legend followers of the true, living God would come from the east across the oceans and once that happens the native Americans believed that they will have to surrender to the real living God and give up their pagan faiths. When the native Americans saw the spanish and portugese they considered it as a confirmation of their legend and they surrendered meekly without much fight. Even Christopher Columbus's name indicates that he was picked by providence to open up the new world. Christopher means BEARER OF CHRIST and Columbus means COLONISER. The names of Columbus ships also indicate Biblical connections. The lead ship was named SANTA MARIA after the Mother of Jesus Christ, the queen of heaven and the spiritual mother of all mankind.

I’ve actually looked into this topic quite a bit over the years and have come to my own conclusions as to what could’ve actually happened.

Although I do think it is possible that ibn qu and his crew could’ve reached the americas, I have reason to believe that they didn’t make it. If they did make it, it likely would’ve been a fraction of the original crew and would’ve been killed off by natives

The reason why I’ve reached this conclusion being that we have no archaeological or genetic evidence that hints at it happening. When it comes to Polynesians, we have genetic, linguistic and material evidence to prove that they did travel to the americas between roughly 1150-1400ad. but we do not have this same evidence between west Africa and the americas. Even in the scenario that they did travel across the Atlantic and reached the Americas but never sailed back to west Africa, there should’ve at least been genetic evidence showing their arrival to support this, but there is no verifiable evidence that shows the E-M2 (west african) haplogroup in the Americas prior to Columbus, which means that any Africans that did reach the Americas did not reproduce. Accounts recorded by Al-umari in Egypt of a conversation between him and mansa musa show that the voyage would have happened just before 1312, and that there were actually 2 voyages made across the Atlantic. The first voyage being 200 ships, where apparently only 1 ship ever came back claimed that a “river” with a powerful current appeared in the ocean, and the ships went down said river, but apparently this one returning ship did not enter and returned back to Mali. My interpretation of this is that the “river” was an ocean current, which can be described as “flowing like a river”. Assuming they survived the voyage along the current, they likely would’ve ended up around the lesser Antilles, but seeing as no ship ever returned afterward the voyage I am to assume that the worst took place but the lesser Antilles were also inhabited by the Caribs, who were known for being cannabalistic, so maybe that could have something to do with it…. In the second voyage around 2000 ships were said to be assembled with ibn qu taking part in the voyage, but this is said to be the last time anyone ever saw him. If a voyage of that size reached the Americas, there almost certainly would’ve been at least some genetic and material evidence left behind, the Polynesians traveled to the Americas in only a handful of ships and even they left genetic and linguistic evidence behind. If I had to make a guess, the fleet was probably hit by a tropical storm, but again that is only a guess as to what could’ve happened. There were later claims by John II of Portugal that ships from west Africa sailed west with merchandise, but this again seems unlikely, as this would’ve been over 100 years after ibn quo’s voyage, and there would have 100% been evidence of contact if trade did persist for that long between the Americas and west Africa.

AFRICANS VISITED AMERICA 2000 YEARS BEFORE COLUMBUS , 11 UNDENIABLE PROOFS ; Black History.

Published

11 Reasons Tp Prove That Africans Were in America 2000 years Before Colombus.
Let me take you on a journey through some of these fascinating pieces of evidence of African presence in America 2000 years before Columbus. Take them with a grain of salt if you have to, but I think they are worth some consideration.
1. Olmec Heads: The colossal stone heads created by the Olmec civilization in present-day Mexico, which date back to 1500 BCE to 400 BCE, feature distinctly African facial features. These heads feature facial features such as broad noses, full lips, and round faces that clearly resemble those of Africans more than the indigenous populations of the Americas. Tell me this is not a black man right there. The detailed and realistic nature of the Olmec heads suggests they were based on real individuals. It is no wonder not surprising that some researchers contend that these features indicate an African presence in pre-Columbian America.

2. African Artifacts in the Americas: Artifacts such as cotton from Africa and tobacco pipes found in pre-Columbian sites in South America have led some to speculate about transatlantic contact. In addition, metal artefacts with similar metallurgical techniques to those used in West Africa have been found in pre-Columbian American sites.

3
Before the next point kindly give us a like. I know to you it’s a simple click, but to us it means a lot.
3. Botanical Evidence: Certain plants like the bottle gourd and the sweet potato are thought to have originated in Africa and Asia but were present in pre-Columbian America, suggesting possible ancient transoceanic contact.

4. Linguistic Evidence: Some linguists claim to have found similarities between certain Native American languages and African languages. Some proponents argue that there are similarities between ancient Egyptian hieroglyphs and symbols found in Mesoamerican writing systems, such as those of the Maya. The Mandinka word “makala,” meaning “rice,” is compared to the similar-sounding words in some Native American languages.

Dr. Clyde Winters points to shared vocabulary and phonetic similarities, such as the word “yu” in Mandinka meaning “to give” and a similar-sounding word in the Olmec language with the same meaning.
Leo Wiener, in his early 20th-century work “Africa and the Discovery of America,” cited examples such as the Wolof word “tem” (to cut) and its similarity to the Algonquian word “temagun” (an axe).

5. THOR HEYERDAHL’S RAFT EXPERIMENTS: The Norwegian explorer Thor Heyerdahl demonstrated with his expeditions (Kon-Tiki and Ra) that it was possible to travel across the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans using ancient boat-building techniques, suggesting that such voyages could have occurred in ancient times.

6. Ancient Maps: Some historical maps, such as the Piri Reis map, allegedly show parts of the American continent with a level of detail suggesting pre-Columbian exploration, potentially by African or other non-European civilizations.

7. Skull Analysis: Studies of certain skeletal remains, such as the Luzia Woman found in Brazil, have shown features that some anthropologists argue resemble those of African or Australoid populations rather than Native American populations.

8. Accounts from Early European Explorers: Some early European explorers, such as Vasco Núñez de Balboa, reported encountering dark-skinned peoples in the Americas upon their arrival.

9. Cultural Similarities: Some researchers point to cultural parallels between African and American civilizations, such as pyramid building, similar religious practices, and iconography, as potential evidence of contact.

10. Presence of Black peoples in Asia, Australia and the Pacific. If Black people can be found in as far as the Philippines, Papua New Guinea, Malaysia many Islands in the Pacific, why can’t they be found in the Americas? I mean it makes no sense for the Americas to be the exception right?

11. Genetic Studies: While controversial and not universally accepted, some genetic studies have indicated the presence of haplogroups in Native American populations that are also found in African populations, suggesting ancient intermingling.
