The Black Scholar Hated by Western Historians : Cheikh Anta Diop

Published

on

Cheikh Anta Diop stands out as a key figure in African history, known for his efforts to correct the often overlooked and misrepresented history of the continent.

While his ideas have sparked debate among Western academics, African scholars hold him in high regard. In tribute to his significant impact, the Institut Fondamental d’Afrique Noire in Dakar, Senegal, was renamed Cheikh Anta Diop University, symbolizing his dedication to educating the world about Africa’s rich heritage.

Diop’s influence is growing, particularly in the black community, but there’s a common misconception about the scope of his work. Many believe he only sought to establish the African roots of ancient Egyptians, but his research encompassed much more.

Here is the thing: the whole thing that ancient Egypt had a black heritage looks seems to me quite problematic.
First of all: the whole narrative is based on a racist belief system. Because at the end, it doesn’t matter, what their “exact color” was. North Africans are still Africans. It would be the same to say, that Italians are not Europeans (or white?!) only because they had a darker complexion of their skin…

Egypt has been a metropole – and that means, that a lot of different ethnicities has been the base of the eventual culture and their genes. But in fact gene research showed that Mummies had more “Near East” ancestry (Anatolia etc). than Egyptians today, which have about 8% more subsaharan genes. So in fact, it is the exact opposite of the narrative.

At the end it doesn’t matter. We can be proud on the culture of subsaharan history. We don’t “need” Egypt, to give our culture “merit”.

I agree though with the political views of Cheikh Anna Diop.

So I find the channel could be a bit more critical and a bit more progressive with the views of Diop. If someone with wrong with one thing, it doesn’t mean, that he is wrong with everything. To put the concept of a black Egyptian ancestry at the heart of the biography of him, looks wrong (especially when we today can research what ancestry Mummies really had).

Cheikh Anta Diop was a brilliant scientist. He was a true Master Black Teacher. He proofed that Western Scholars were wrong about the real black african footprint on civilization.

I came up with the following hypothesis:
The higher a civilisation develops, the lower the survivors of a total colapse of it will find themselves.

North America may be the source of humanity, but whatever happened there erased almost all traces of anything that could have existed over there. The only thing left of it is some southern civilisations, Maya, Aztec, Tolteq, Olmec or other, talking about the "land of the deads" when pointing north.

This leave us with Africa. A continent that has not been plagued with changes as extreme as North America. It was plundered for centuries by the europeans. It was denied autonmy. It was laughted at when it tried to express itself. Even today, Africa is still not considered a continent full of history, legends, and a bright future.

In the Seti I temple, in Abydos, there is a corridor with hyeroglyphs on each of the walls.
One of them is showing Seti I explaining to his son, that will become Ramses II, the uninterrupted line of pharaoes that governed Kemet for the last 2,000 years. We are 3,200 years ago here, so Seti I is pointing of a time that is at least 5,200 years ago for us.
The other wall is also showing Seti I explaining to his son the uninterrupted line of gods that governed Kemet before the first pharaoe, allegedly going as far back as 36,000 years prior. That is a time over 41,000 years before present.
If these hyeroglyphes have been translated properly, this is a time when there was some 4 km of ice covering a god part of the North hemisphere and no civilisation could have come from an ice jammed land.
Was there one, two, three or 10 civilisation before the Sumerian/Egyptian?
    Nobody knows.

What is sure, is that Sumerian as well as Egyptians do not seem to have evolved much during the time they were powerful. Their history is like a slow descent from civilisation to chaos more than any else.
That brings up the clear possibility that there was at least a previous civilisation that preceded them and from which they spawened. But it is so old that we struggle at finding and recognizing traces of it.
That previons civilisation had to be quite advanced because it left traces of similar type all over the planet.

As far as ancestors being predominantely green, blue, black, yellow, orange, brown, white or grey should be of little councern to everyone,. Personally, I see the discovery of the skin color of my ancestors to be of much less importance than actually discovering them, their origin, the type of civilisation and technology they had and the language they used,

The Truth should be the only thing of importance.
Let's remove politics and religions from science.
    Set it free.

Thank you for exposing the evil that Western civilization has done to our motherland. There you have Europe and the United States that have bankrupted and destroyed the motherland.

France, Great Britain, Portugal, Spain, Germany, and Netherlands will pay for their historical atrocities and the African artifacts from the Akan people of Ghana, Gambia, and Senegambia.

The British and French government should pay some reparation to West Africa. Which they will never, because they cannot live without African people and Africa. They live in comfort because of Africa. 🙄🙄😑

How Africa Shaped Our Christmas Celebrations: Discover the Hidden History

Published

on

Interestingly, many Christians, particularly Black Christians, are often unaware of the true origins of the December global celebration. Previously, the celebration was variably scheduled in January, March, April, May, or September, reflecting uncertainty about the actual birthdate of Jesus.
The holidays we observe today have their roots in sacred days from ancient Kemetic or what is popularly known as Egyptian culture, where these occasions were timed with celestial events such as the alignment of stars, constellations, and the sun’s position relative to Earth.
