Mother Africa – History Of Africa with Zeinab Badawi [Episode 1]

Published

on

In this first episode, Zeinab Badawi travels across the continent examining the origins of humankind; how and why we evolved in Africa – Africa is the greatest exporter of all time: every human being originated in Africa.

During her journey Zeinab is granted rare access to the actual bones of one of the most iconic discoveries in the field of palaeontology, ‘Lucy’ in Ethiopia, or as she is known in Amharic, ‘Dinkenesh’, which means ‘you are marvellous’.

Zeinab also spends time in Tanzania with a tribe that is unique in the world because they live in the way our ancestors did, as hunters of big animals and gatherers. This community who have rarely been filmed provide a fascinating insight into how we have lived for most of our history.

This gorilla thing does not add up for the African man and woman…. It doesn’t explain the difference btw the Africans original wooly hair and the gorillas straight hair … I don’t like that they try to pair the African with apes … the programming is real. Idk so the only way for them to accept that we all originated from Africa is to say we came from apes… smh well from what I know the African origin is more out of this world … they haven’t even brought up pygmies here …

How I feel watching my race making a living, the more I think about it the deeper my thought in grief the extent white people destroyed our livelihood, our spirit, our belief, our history. We had no HIV, no cancer, our immune system could have been stronger than the modern day's.

I will conclude that humans are excluded from the knowledge of the beginning of humanity.

What difference does it make how humanity came to exist.

Is the lifestyle we live not more important than any other information.

Let go and let's live harmoniously that is important for me.

How Africa Shaped Our Christmas Celebrations: Discover the Hidden History

Published

on

Interestingly, many Christians, particularly Black Christians, are often unaware of the true origins of the December global celebration. Previously, the celebration was variably scheduled in January, March, April, May, or September, reflecting uncertainty about the actual birthdate of Jesus.
The holidays we observe today have their roots in sacred days from ancient Kemetic or what is popularly known as Egyptian culture, where these occasions were timed with celestial events such as the alignment of stars, constellations, and the sun’s position relative to Earth.

The colonial education narrative has consistently taught, and still teaches, Africans that their ancestors relied solely on oral traditions to transmit knowledge and memory. Sadly, Africans in the so-called West, Central, East, and Southern African regions are unaware of writing systems in these parts of Africa.
