Interestingly, many Christians, particularly Black Christians, are often unaware of the true origins of the December global celebration. Previously, the celebration was variably scheduled in January, March, April, May, or September, reflecting uncertainty about the actual birthdate of Jesus.
The holidays we observe today have their roots in sacred days from ancient Kemetic or what is popularly known as Egyptian culture, where these occasions were timed with celestial events such as the alignment of stars, constellations, and the sun’s position relative to Earth.

The colonial education narrative has consistently taught, and still teaches, Africans that their ancestors relied solely on oral traditions to transmit knowledge and memory. Sadly, Africans in the so-called West, Central, East, and Southern African regions are unaware of writing systems in these parts of Africa.

Yashaya was a black Hebrew. Although some of what you say is true, I find that you are trying not to upset the white man. Read your scriptures properly and you will see the Son of the Most High has hair like wool and there is only one set of people who have hair like that. Also Solomon's hair is described as 'bushy and black like a raven'.
Speak the truth and speak it well, my mum always used to say.
There's no point in trying to include people into something that was not for them in the first place. Not to say they cannot be engrafted in, but, why pretend their heritage is what it isn't. The scriptures were originally for the black Hebrews, not the rest of the world.
Remember when the Europeans / Caucasians took our people into slavery, they wiped out our true faith and heritage, whitewashing it to make us believe a lie. Read your Bible and see the truth. Deuteronomy 28. Know your heritage black people!!

How does saying Jesus is Black excludes Whites? That's not true at all. That's, that fancy talk of the author of that book you're reading Pastor Evans. That's what the author of that book is saying, that it would excludes Whites saying that Jesus is Black. The Scriptures, and history testifies to that fact that Jesus is a Black man, but being black is not a criteria for salvation. Salvation is for whosoever will accept it, whether they are Black or White. However, just so we're clear, if Jesus had one drop of Black blood in him, from a White Supremacist perspective, and standard Jesus would be considered the N-Word you know Pastor Evans and I know it. Besides it was the European that made it a color issue not black people. Enough of this watering down the truth to pacify racist White folks. Let's not play word games here.

As I viewed your video, and went over it several times, I notice you only spoke from the Hamites, or Ham perspective. Why? Why haven't you mentioned nothing about Shem or his brother Japheth? I sense some Mormonism in your reasoning Pastor. It was as if you wanted to just appease, and pacify black folks by saying, see black folks was in the Bible, and they did stuff so now we don't have to feel inferior. Then you mention something about Black people can feel proud. Proud about what? Then you went on to read something about what Black Scholars, and Black Ministers teach. Pastor Evans have you done your own research into this subject personally, or you just reading someone's opinion about what they think? You mention four women, you mention black people here and there, and all throughout your presentation, as stated before, it's as if you just wanted to appease Black folks. Sir in all do respect you should have just left this subject alone period, because your presentation lacked everything from a research perspective, Biblically, and historically, and it's sad. It's as if you are teaching half truths. It's not about race or skin color, this is about the truth, as it is in Jesus, Biblically, and historically. I'm a Christian man that loves the LORD JESUS CHRIST, and it really doesn't matter to me whether Jesus was Black, White, Chinese, or Mexican. I believe, and accept the gospel of Christ, and the fact that Jesus is the son of God, and that He died for my sins, and all that it entails. I also understand by the grace and power of God through my research, and studies that what the Colonizers have done in the name of religion was a sin, and not from Christ at all. It has become apparent to me though you have shared some edifying things in some of your sermons, there's really nothing there to prepare a people to meet the LORD when He comes the second time. I respect you Sir, but you really need to go do your own research, and bring all the evidence, and information together, and leave no stone unturned, because all you did, no disrespect to you, is made a mockery of the things you presented. One can even say that your presentation was racist as well.

I found this definition in the Zondervan‘s Compact BIBLE Dictionary and it gives a definition of Ham :
The youngest son of Noah born probably about 96 years before the flood; and one of eight persons to live through the flood. He became the progenitor of the dark races;
NOT THE NEGROES but the Egyptians,, Ethiopians, Libyans and Canaanites (Genesis 10:6-20 His indecency , when his father lay drunken, brought a curse upon Canaan (Genesis 9:20-27)

❤ We, black people need to understand our whole history, some good things and some not so good things, and embrace it all. God looks at "all people" as previous in His eyes.
