The Atlantic Slave Trade: What Schools Never Told You

Published

on

The history of humanity is filled with oppression, dominance, war, and slavery. Since the beginning of time, people in different parts of the world have forced their fellow humans into slavery.

The tale of the Atlantic Slave Trade is the history of millions of Africans who were forced out of their communities by European slave traders and shipped across the Atlantic in conditions of great cruelty.

As you mention in the video, African kingdoms and tribes were fully participating in the atlantic slave trade and enriched themselves. To whom are the current African nations going to apologize? To themselves?

The african tribes were the ones that help capture the black israelite tribes and sell them to the Europeans and other nations that had us in slavery.

Real africans are proud and tight knit they would NEVER sell their own.

Serbs were severely oppressed under Turkish occupation for five centuries. Furthermore, young boys were kidnapped and taken to Turkey to be trained as soldiers – it was called YANICHARY! Previously the Arabs raided the Balkans as well and were capturing young men and women; women for harems concubines and men to be rowers in the gallies of their ships. The "rowers" lifespan was very short, from a few weeks to a few months, after which the corpses were fed to sharks. If we go back to Roman times, Slavs ('Slaves' came from 'Slavs;) were captured by Roman legions for slavery and as fighters in Colosseum.

They caused the wars between them, gave them guns and taught them easier way to kill, instead of killing then capture them and sell for to us for more guns, black selling blacks.

Blk africans took ALL those people from their homes and enslaved them, then sold them to foreigners. Blk africans also owned more slaves and kept slavery going long after we abolished it.

People can be cruel to each other. The history of Liberia should be talked about just as much as the Middle Passage. It was a product of slavery in America.

    Al-Tirmidhi Hadith – 38

    Narrated AbudDarda'

Allah's Messenger (peace be upon him) said: Allah created Adam when He had to create him and He struck his right shoulder and there emitted from it white offspring as if they were white ants. He struck his left shoulder and there emitted from it the black offspring as if they were charcoal. He then said (to those who had been emitted) from the right (shoulder): For Paradise and I do not mind. Then He said to those (who had been emitted) from his left shoulder: They are for Hell and I do not mind.

The corruption in the 2nd temple in Jerusalem has caused God's anger to instigate such upon us.We worshiped forieng gods in the holies of holies and therefore we were caused to scatter all over the world. But we still have the hope of salvation through faith in Jesus and the 10 commandment.

You do realise the africans were already enslaved by the african tribal kings. And were either going to be sold into slavery to the white man or they would be murdered and sacrificed or even cannibalized. But you forget the mention this as it dosnt fit your vitimhood agenda.😅😅😅

What people forget is slavery has been happening since the day of time it's not a black thing it's not a white sing it's not a brown thing it's not any color thing it's Rich powerful countries taking advantage of poor powerless people humans are lazy if they can get another human to do something they don't want to do they're going to do it back in those days slavery was standard it didn't matter about the race black people had black slaves it's too bad those millions of people couldn't have stood up against the people and fought them maybe this will kind of shed some light on how they were so vulnerable to just be picked off and put in Chains and sent somewhere I would think people would fight to the death over that but somehow they managed to enslave the people that's pretty devastating I don't understand I mean those people were warriors and they're big and tall and have good genetics for fighting and running very athletic people I guess you put a gun to somebody's face you're going to do what they say no matter how big you are but I just don't understand how the country didn't come together and fight against these evil monsters but in the end aren't we all just slaves to the system the dollar bill

  37. @sonnyd2370

    May 9, 2024 at 9:49 pm

The pictures of the slaves a lot look healthy and some of them look kind of fat I would imagine that they would draw what they see I just wouldn't think any of them would have had that type of body but I guess if you want good slaves you probably have to feed them while or else you're going to get poor performance because they're going to be not able to work well I guess that makes sense and I think in the Bible it tells you to be fair to your slaves so LOL slavery is terrifying but I feel like a slave I get up every day and work for some rich person and barely make it by just enough to survive doing something I don't want to do all day I just really don't understand why those people didn't band together and fight hopefully you'll shed some light on that topic African slaves are worth more money than white slaves because white people would get roasted out in the sun and die pretty crazy how much things have changed in the past 5 600 years there's still a modern-day slavery going on right now in Africa buy black people to black people that's crazy I don't understand it

  38. @sonnyd2370

    May 9, 2024 at 9:56 pm

I always wondered why there was black people in South America now I understand they brought a bunch of slaves over there so basically if there's any black people outside of Africa they were slaves because they didn't have the ability to build boats bigger than one tree did African people even have the ability to work with metal because if they had swords and Spears and stuff that weren't just wood I would imagine they would have put up a fight

  39. @sonnyd2370

    May 9, 2024 at 10:06 pm

I don't know I watched the whole show and I still don't understand why the people didn't stand up and fight there's millions of black people there how did they not unite to stop people from enslaving their people that should have been War I don't understand how they did not stand up for their self I guess we'll never know cuz we weren't there we only know what people want us to know

  41. @tpap6827

    May 10, 2024 at 6:08 pm

Europeans were slaves to their own people in Europe as Africans were slaves to African warlords and the Europeans purchased slaves from the warlords in the transatlantic slave trade I'm not saying there is anything remotely redeeming about slavery it's important but let's not pretend that these African warlords weren't brutal
The Europeans could not make it into the interior of Africa without dying from diseases to which they had no immunity the same way smallpox killed a lot of Indians

Postmodernism and Its Impact, Explained.

Helen Pluckrose outlines some of the arguments later explored in depth in her bestselling 2020 book, Cynical Theories (co-authored with James Lindsay). The essay charts the pernicious influence of postmodernist thinking on two generations of academics and activists. If you want to understand how we got to a place where microaggressions are denounced as violence but the brutal terrorism of an intifada is considered righteous, this is an important primer.

Iona Italia reads Helen Pluckrose’s essay published in Quillette: https://quillette.com/2024/05/07/how-french-intellectuals-ruined-the-west-foucault-lyotard-derrida/
