An Honest Explanation of the Rwanda Genocide (Documentary)

Published

on

In the vibrant tapestry of human history, there exist moments of profound darkness, where the hues of despair and cruelty stain the canvas of time. Among these somber chapters stands the Rwandan genocide, a harrowing testament to the fragility of peace and the depths of human brutality.

The roots of the Rwandan genocide stretch back through the annals of time, entwined with a colonial legacy that sowed seeds of division and resentment among its people.

A very indepth analysis and account of one of the most gruesome genocide in history. I hope new African leaders will go through the history of countries like apartheid South Africa before Nelson Mandela's release, that of Rwanda as precisely and accurately shown in this documentary, Nigeria from pre -independence to 1960 and the causes of the Nigeria – Biafra civil war, democratic Republic of Congo during the time of Patrice Lumunba and learn a leaf from causes of internal turmoil and handling ethnic differences to build a better future for all. Congratulations to the current President of Rwanda for his peaceful approach to reconciliations and stepping back a little for inclusive peaceful co-existence aimed at national unity and healing.

Excellent summary of the tragic events leading up to the horror afflicting Rwanda. Especially beneficial to comprehending how this could happen was your inclusion of regional turmoil. The assassination of the Burundian president is a pivotal element of the catastrophe. Eliminating the moderates allows extremism to manifest. Also the French government’s role in the escalation is an utter disgrace! Those ministers responsible should also have been tried by the IC! 30 years later we are experiencing another genocide in Gaza. I wonder if the western politicians aiding and abetting the Zionist massacres of innocents will ever be held to account? Sadly know the answer.

Very well explained. One less known fact is that Hutu, Tutsi and Twa were social classes and not ethnicities. As you know, ethnicities are characterized by different language, culture, etc. All these are shared by Hutu, Tutsi and Twa. Rwanda instead has clans: Abasinga, Abagesera, Abagesera, etc. You can find all these clans in Hutu, Tutsi and Twa. Tutsis were the aristocracy, Hutus where the peasants, Twas were pygmies. People could move up or down the social ladder like anywhere else in the world. You could lose your aristocracy status when falling out with the King (from Tutsi to Hutu), or gain the aristocracy status as a reward from the King (from Hutu to Tutsi). In rare instances, Twas could also move up. Colonizers who found it easy to divide and rule elsewhere in Africa, were confused by the Rwandan social structure and took the easy road by changing social classes into ethnicities. And boy, were they successful! That's when they reinvented the history of Rwanda by saying Twas arrived first, then Hutus and later Tutsis.

Interesting but that is not the whole of it. The people of Rwanda knew all about the history – the various tribes needed to realize that they had to live there together. Are we once again blaming Europeans because we don't unite? As a Black American, I get so angry when I see my Black brothers and Sisters hopping on boats, many times drowning to get to Europe. The situation in a particular African country is so terrible – overthrow the ruler. But let us stop giving Europeans an excuse to look down upon us. If France doesn't want immigrants – fine – stop sending your raw resources to France. Europeans forget that the reason they were able to have an empire was because they robbed and raped India, China, Southwest Asia, Africa and Latin America and the Caribbean.

US (Bill Clinton) and UK (John Mayor) paid Kagame to stir conflict at Rwanda borders. France (Francois Mitterand) financed Hutu government to keep control over Rwanda. the genocide and Congo wars were the result of US/UK fighting to control north Kivu minerals. Rwanda is stealing Kivu minerals with M23 militia.

So the same minority was in power before and after colonialism, therefore the distinction between the ruling minority and the majority had always existed. It was not by chance that the minority was always in power. I don’t know if the distinction was intelligence or leadership was in their blood. Colonialism played a part in a linear timeline but Whitey didn’t do this, but I do know the reason. Wanna know the secret? It’s called the human condition. Stereotypes are taboo because they’re real and all the groups that make up the human race have different traits. Otherwise, how can you explain the consistent leadership role taken on by the minority? Seems to me leadership came naturally to the minority while jealousy and envy came naturally to the majority which is a ticking timẽbômb.

AFRICANS VISITED AMERICA 2000 YEARS BEFORE COLUMBUS , 11 UNDENIABLE PROOFS ; Black History.

Published

on

11 Reasons Tp Prove That Africans Were in America 2000 years Before Colombus.
Let me take you on a journey through some of these fascinating pieces of evidence of African presence in America 2000 years before Columbus. Take them with a grain of salt if you have to, but I think they are worth some consideration.
1. Olmec Heads: The colossal stone heads created by the Olmec civilization in present-day Mexico, which date back to 1500 BCE to 400 BCE, feature distinctly African facial features. These heads feature facial features such as broad noses, full lips, and round faces that clearly resemble those of Africans more than the indigenous populations of the Americas. Tell me this is not a black man right there. The detailed and realistic nature of the Olmec heads suggests they were based on real individuals. It is no wonder not surprising that some researchers contend that these features indicate an African presence in pre-Columbian America.

2. African Artifacts in the Americas: Artifacts such as cotton from Africa and tobacco pipes found in pre-Columbian sites in South America have led some to speculate about transatlantic contact. In addition, metal artefacts with similar metallurgical techniques to those used in West Africa have been found in pre-Columbian American sites.

3
Before the next point kindly give us a like. I know to you it’s a simple click, but to us it means a lot.
3. Botanical Evidence: Certain plants like the bottle gourd and the sweet potato are thought to have originated in Africa and Asia but were present in pre-Columbian America, suggesting possible ancient transoceanic contact.

4. Linguistic Evidence: Some linguists claim to have found similarities between certain Native American languages and African languages. Some proponents argue that there are similarities between ancient Egyptian hieroglyphs and symbols found in Mesoamerican writing systems, such as those of the Maya. The Mandinka word “makala,” meaning “rice,” is compared to the similar-sounding words in some Native American languages.

Dr. Clyde Winters points to shared vocabulary and phonetic similarities, such as the word “yu” in Mandinka meaning “to give” and a similar-sounding word in the Olmec language with the same meaning.
Leo Wiener, in his early 20th-century work “Africa and the Discovery of America,” cited examples such as the Wolof word “tem” (to cut) and its similarity to the Algonquian word “temagun” (an axe).

5. THOR HEYERDAHL’S RAFT EXPERIMENTS: The Norwegian explorer Thor Heyerdahl demonstrated with his expeditions (Kon-Tiki and Ra) that it was possible to travel across the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans using ancient boat-building techniques, suggesting that such voyages could have occurred in ancient times.

6. Ancient Maps: Some historical maps, such as the Piri Reis map, allegedly show parts of the American continent with a level of detail suggesting pre-Columbian exploration, potentially by African or other non-European civilizations.

7. Skull Analysis: Studies of certain skeletal remains, such as the Luzia Woman found in Brazil, have shown features that some anthropologists argue resemble those of African or Australoid populations rather than Native American populations.

8. Accounts from Early European Explorers: Some early European explorers, such as Vasco Núñez de Balboa, reported encountering dark-skinned peoples in the Americas upon their arrival.

9. Cultural Similarities: Some researchers point to cultural parallels between African and American civilizations, such as pyramid building, similar religious practices, and iconography, as potential evidence of contact.

10. Presence of Black peoples in Asia, Australia and the Pacific. If Black people can be found in as far as the Philippines, Papua New Guinea, Malaysia many Islands in the Pacific, why can’t they be found in the Americas? I mean it makes no sense for the Americas to be the exception right?

11. Genetic Studies: While controversial and not universally accepted, some genetic studies have indicated the presence of haplogroups in Native American populations that are also found in African populations, suggesting ancient intermingling.
