African History
Ancient Africans (Olmecs) in the Americas and their influence (short clip)
www.passportplayers.com
Very short clip about the ancient African civilization from Central America (Olmecs). Long before Columbus “discovered” a land that was already inhabited, the Native Americans, Africans, and Chinese constantly traded with one another and their influence on each others cultures are evident.

Postmodernism and Its Impact, Explained.
Helen Pluckrose outlines some of the arguments later explored in depth in her bestselling 2020 book, Cynical Theories (co-authored with James Lindsay). The essay charts the pernicious influence of postmodernist thinking on two generations of academics and activists. If you want to understand how we got to a place where microaggressions are denounced as violence but the brutal terrorism of an intifada is considered righteous, this is an important primer.
Iona Italia reads Helen Pluckrose’s essay published in Quillette: https://quillette.com/2024/05/07/how-french-intellectuals-ruined-the-west-foucault-lyotard-derrida/

Why do the black wannabe Hebrew idiots flock to videos like these? You people are not Hebrews, not Egyptians, not Greeks, NOT Native American. Instead of trying to steal everyone else's culture study your own.

Yes, the Olmec stone heads in mexico are negroid in origin from 1,400 BC, but in near by Guatemala in the Pacific coast, there in 1976 discovered huge carved stone heads depicting Asiatic & African looking people, and have been dated to 1,800 – 2,000 BC. These people clearly are the first true mother culture of mesoamérica, they have been labeled Pre-Olmec civilization. I don't understand why archaeologist have not really looked into this matter that can rewrite mesoamérican history.

Haven't the Olmec heads been shown to be depicting Mexican Indian peoples? Why no similar stone heads in west Africa or Nubia that would have served as a model?

Why did the maya have the concept of zero then before anywhere else. Not just as a place holder but zero. Shouldnt have they have brought all there tech and knowledge? Just more discrediting of the first nations man and woman of the americas. The Redman and Woman's biggest contribution by far to modern society and gets overlooked is farming. They were the farmers of the world. Over 70% of what we eat that grows in the ground was farmed first in north and south America.
