I´ve seen, myself, Templar markings in a montain rigdge South of Brazil (it´s became a tourist attraction, indeed). These marks cannot be atribute to local indians, because indian drawings may be found nearby and don´t have patterns, as the Templar´s ones, which shows codes similar to the European Templar codes. Also in some rocks close to the see in Southern Brazil you find monoliths ("placed by nature" in impossible places…) with structured symbols, a kind of drawing that could not be made by primitive indians. Let´s remember that Southern Brazil is in direct line with the old Peruvian-Bolivian civilizations. And don´t forget the Egyptians and Romans sailing to America (Romans had ships bigger than the Spanish galeons).
