More myths and statistical misleading.

If you survived childhood you'd likely live into your 60's. It was the child mortality rate that brought the overall life expectancy down.
And the hard labour was seasonal, during planting and harvesting. The rest of the year was generally easier, with less man hours than modern day.
As for hot, itchy wool clothes. They typically wore linen underneath protecting the skin, or as the only layer. Since the clothes were layered, it helped trap air between the clothes, acting as insulation, keeping them warmer in winter and cooler in summer.
We do live in effectively a golden age currently, but the middle ages weren't horrible, provided you avoided famine, war or disease.

I've already survived black plague and being 40 and infancy in modern times.

And this is just part of the reason why it's statistically impossible for a person to exist as themselves

Wool isn’t itchy, it was the perfect clothing for the time.

Who is your sources? Wondering because your information is way far off, not entirely true. And kinda seems like you just spit ball for views and attention. Well you got attention, but it's more like we are watching you play with a ball through a big class wall.
Especially trying to look smart with the glasses and hat 😂😂😂😂😂😂 looks more like a failed carriage driver for having s6x with the horses😂😂😂

Statistically dying before 40 was tied directly into the infant mortality rate, mean age of death for people who survived past the age of 10 was around 65.

And yet people still lived joyous full lives. They had the capacity for love and community care amognst hardships. Its easy to pick out the shittiest aspects of history, but it's even easier to forget humanity lol

Why the modern age sucks: 70 million Americans were killed in 50 years in the name of convenience and empowerment of women, ironically making them more efficient sex toys for men. Which is apparently “progress”. Servile work outside the home to strangers in the pursuit of money and status instead of raising strong moral families leading to record levels of unhappiness and lack of fulfillment is considered laudable.
In the Middle Ages people knew what their sex was, and they gave their lives for their families and communities, today they risk their lives and communities for likes on the internet trying to be influential.
Lives were shorter, but they paved the way for advancement. Today we pave the way for regression and social implosion.
The modern age sucks.
