    Please do not trust the EU, please leave the Western nations alone, if they want to make a purchase let them come to the table and give them a price.     I think many African countries have already chosen their ally, the Chinese, rather than Europeans. That's very sad because the Chinese has poor human rights records. At least European countries have multicultural bonds with Africa, especially North African countries like Morocco. That's why Europe is trying to gain Morocco's trust by investing billions of euros there instead of investing that money in poorer European countries like those in the Balkans or in western countries like Moldova, Georgia, Ukraine and Turkey

    South African economic growth between 1993 and 2024 averaged 0.59 %.
    Not so impressive.
    1960-1993 was 1.4% on average, much better before the communist ANC took over!

    GDP per capita:
    South Africa $6,022
    Nigeria $2,450
    Kenya:$1755
    Mozambique: $590
    Ghana: $2031
    Ethiopia: $857.

    Things are cheaper in Africa, that's why they can grow so much faster.
    Europe is so much richer!

    Average GPD per capita EU: $44,200,

    UK: $46,125,
    Switzerland: $105,670,
    Iceland: $84,590.
    Plus, the governments of African countries are very often, corrupt. So I cannot recommend investing in any of these.

    What happened to Rwanda?!
    GPD per capita still only $940.
    Economic growth rate first 3/4 of 2023: 7.6%. Much better!
