   It was a beautiful thing, that they made the empire dull although it lasted very little, it is crucial in the history of West Africa, The bad thing is that many tend to ignore it when talking about the history of that area.

   This is not the story of Africa. Even Africa is originally a Berber amazigh word Ifriqiya that originally designated only Tunisia then the northern part aside the MidEast.

   Nubia existence started only 18th dynasty of Egypt and were under the authority of both kush and southern egypt.

   This is the story of afroasiatics people with mideast semitics like you showed all started at sumer then egypt then kush, then ifriqiya then canaanites, not Nubia.

   NigeroCongolese group borned around southwestern africa between cameroun/congo by an old ancient split and migrations from ethiopian areas ( Kush ).
   Bantus expansions started only less than 5000 years ago.

   Looking at it we see that afrika was free of domination in 1966 (may be with unreal borders). But news from last four years say "bien au counter". Could, please, some one (from any Afrika country) say something about it. As look the Europe are "regarded" at South America as a "spare" Afrika.

    According to this map, Liberia is the oldest "continuous" independent country in Africa! Egypt however, is the very original African country ever. While Ethiopia had the longest, independent streak!

    Appreciate all the effort that went into this. But I'd suggest including some kind of explanatory note about the difference between there being no nation or culture in a geographical region and there being no known record of that culture and its boundaries. For those who are not students of history this may not be obvious.
