How Africa Shaped Our Christmas Celebrations: Discover the Hidden History
Interestingly, many Christians, particularly Black Christians, are often unaware of the true origins of the December global celebration. Previously, the celebration was variably scheduled in January, March, April, May, or September, reflecting uncertainty about the actual birthdate of Jesus.
The holidays we observe today have their roots in sacred days from ancient Kemetic or what is popularly known as Egyptian culture, where these occasions were timed with celestial events such as the alignment of stars, constellations, and the sun’s position relative to Earth.

African Written Scripts Unearthed: Beyond Egypt's Hieroglyphs
The colonial education narrative has consistently taught, and still teaches, Africans that their ancestors relied solely on oral traditions to transmit knowledge and memory. Sadly, Africans in the so-called West, Central, East, and Southern African regions are unaware of writing systems in these parts of Africa.

LOUSY BIASED presentation!! Anyone who talks about the crisis in the South-West region of Cameroon (the so-called "anglophone" region… as if "anglophones" was a tribe in Cameroon)… without mentioning the banditry of Kilimandjaro LTD, where soem Cameroonians living in the USA sold the territory of Cameroon … is GROSSLY unfair! Cameroon is still THE COUNTRY IN AFRICA WITH MANY… MANY NEWSPAPERS AND TV AND RADIO STATIONS, PRIVATELY OWNED… and who are VERY critical of Paul Biya, without going to jail! Paul Biya is the man who brought to Cameroon and to Africa AFRIQUE MEDIA… the Great Panafricanist TV station that has produced a miracle in the continent… and still going!… In any country, people who play games and sell out their country are… incarcerated. The USA is the chief in that. Have you heard of Abu Djamal ???… LOUSY reporting. By the way… Ahidjo, upon retiring DID NOT GO TO FRANCE… HE WENT TO… SENEGAL. That's where he died! You are a VERY POOR RESEARCHER! By the way… I'M NOT A MEMBER OF PAUL BIYA'S POLITICAL PARTY AND HAVE NO PERSONAL INTEREST IN PAUL BIYA STAYING IN POWER!

The greed of Africans make us ripe for manipulation. The leaders in power quickly get drunk and corrupted by western aid. These African leaders refuse to build infrastructure and quickly run to Europe and USA for medical treatment. The many years of aid never gets to the people. However the leaders become wealthy like the Bongos. We call on the young people to rise up and take the lead because the old corrupted politicians are unrepentant.

We are learning so much now, thanks to the benefits provided by the internet.
More and more we realize that Africa was never truly 'granted' independence. Those profiting from the vast African resources would not give up their hold.
It is tragic to realize just how far european greed and domination could go. They impose their will upon would be decent leaders, and deliberately encourage destabilization of any country looking to make progress in the peoples living situation, and do not even care that people were obliged to live under desperate conditions.. They are sneaky and conniving, working their schemes from behind the open view, so making it seem as though the leaders are corrupt, without knowing it was for them to continue to extract profit.
I believe watching the developments currently spreading across the continent, many Africans are moving as a collective toward real freedom from colonization. They are understanding how they have been manipulated
This is very inspiring to know Africa is rising.
Finally, in these times we are seeing the changing of minds and growth of pride and determination to change this terrible narrative.
It is a new day dawning.
