The people of La Costa Chica, Cuajiniculapa Guerrero derive from African descendants, due to the Spanish bringing African slaves over the colonial period of three hundred years. During this time many married with other indigenous people.
So,.. because of hair texture, it diminishes African heritage? That's absurd, what about mulattos1/2, quadroons 1/4, octoroons 1/8, and hexadecaroons 1/16?
I doubt you've visited or lived in Cuajiniculapa,
El Pitahayo, or any surrounding La Costa Chica vicinity, been welcomed among people, observed culture,.. ie Afromestizo museum, architecture, agriculture, campensinos, cumbia, dance of Los Diablos, family, festivals, food, etcetera.
Well I have, my ex is Afromestizo, my daughter and I visited several times, they're not ashamed of their black lineage, or customs .. which are probably beyond your comprehension of African, and African customs.

So you point to some pictures and that's the only proof you need to wildly contradict gigantic cumulus of scientific, anthropology, archeology, and history research. As Afro Americans would eloquently say "You IS a fool"…

Yung Noble… do a better research and really read up on Mexican History.

Mexico had other people from other parts of the world migrating to it's land. This video does not contain enough information. You need to really do an in depth research and get studious on the subject. I thought this video misinformed the public.

In the video I watched today which includes information from Afro- Mexican scholar too, they describe themselves as Afro Mexican (which comprises of these 3 groups); Afro-Indigenous; Afro Indigenous Spanish & West African. The video is called Afro Mexicans – you going to learn today (Utube channel = Afro think thank). It also explains how they built/developed Los Angeles. Ok, thanks & peace 😏🙏

Postmodernism and Its Impact, Explained.

Published

Helen Pluckrose outlines some of the arguments later explored in depth in her bestselling 2020 book, Cynical Theories (co-authored with James Lindsay). The essay charts the pernicious influence of postmodernist thinking on two generations of academics and activists. If you want to understand how we got to a place where microaggressions are denounced as violence but the brutal terrorism of an intifada is considered righteous, this is an important primer.

Iona Italia reads Helen Pluckrose’s essay published in Quillette: https://quillette.com/2024/05/07/how-french-intellectuals-ruined-the-west-foucault-lyotard-derrida/
