The history of Africa is long, complex, and has often been under-appreciated by the global historical community. Africa, particularly Eastern Africa, is widely accepted as the place of origin of humans and the Hominidae clade (great apes). The earliest hominids and their ancestors have been dated to around 7 million years ago, including Sahelanthropus tchadensis, Australopithecus africanus, A. afarensis, Homo erectus, H. habilis and H. ergaster— the earliest Homo sapiens (modern human) remains, found in Ethiopia, South Africa, and Morocco, date to circa 200,000, 259,000, and 300,000 years ago respectively, and Homo sapiens is believed to have originated in Africa around 350,000–260,000 years ago.
Early human civilizations, such as Ancient Egypt and Carthage emerged in North Africa. Following a subsequent long and complex history of civilizations, migration and trade, Africa hosts a large diversity of ethnicities, cultures and languages. The last 400 years have witnessed an increasing European influence on the continent. Starting in the 16th century, this was driven by trade, including the Trans-Atlantic slave trade, which created large African diaspora populations in the Americas. In the late 19th century, European countries colonized almost all of Africa, extracting resources from the continent and exploiting local communities; most present states in Africa emerged from a process of decolonisation in the 20th century.

home of over 2000 languages and 3000 ethnic groups. wars used to be who spoke english german or danish and everybody universally hating the french. The africans with no government language or police or laws was super upset nobody would bother to learn their 2000languages of 3000 different villages. When northern europeans tried one village would clicking and popping sounds at them, the next village would be beat boxing at them, the next would be popping and locking at them, the next village would WOLF WHISTLE at them and were super hurt when nobody would ever wolf whistle back. countless white people tried but putting fingers to their mouth stupid pfft noises were the best they could manage. One day africans learned french people existed which everybody cant stand, and then one day half of half of the lands woke up noticing they were speaking french for some dumb reason and all warred some more over how dumb frenchery is in outrage and the africans realised france was 'invading everything' the not french people were like 'we tried to warn you guys about france.' and the africans were furious "warn us not one of you speaks all 2000 of our 3000 villager languages that even we dont understand." then the africans would charge at everybody wolf whistling and if they didnt wolf whistle back would proceed to umm *censored them to death" and insist they were too gay to even consider speaking to. then for centuries africans would sneak around and surprise everybody with showing them how they studied up and are now super cultured and show the english that they know about the guy named shakespear nonverbally by shaking their spears at them and so on. Whenever a major epic battle occured over technology and new types of warfare some 2000 years later the africans would learn the secret and master the ancient technology and show up really late to the swords and armor battles when guns were a thing, and rock all these guns and grenades in times of bulletproof armors and then the africans just recently rapidly advanced their civilization to understanding of RPG's and shaped charges in times of reactive armor, then just went back to wearing cardboard and woodenboard boxes and then when tanks or whatever shot at them they were somehow surviving so they armored up their tanks with wooden boards and cardboard boxes as a type of anti shaped charges and anti armor piercing countermeasure when other countries long since dont use tanks like those and use drones and rapid terrain light vehicles with high velocity high powered yet portable armaments. its fascinating how quicker they're adapting after hundred thousand years of being 2000 years behind the times. fun fact, had the africans acted cultured and discussed shakespearian plays in diplomacy it would be rather offensive. a playwright is that how its spelt? play writer theater author guy kept offending government and was ordered torture unless he could create a timeless masterwork. So the best writes and thespians and stuff made a huge world superstar team troupe to compose some actual classics as they were gathering for symposiums and the shakespear guy had been too vocal in slandering those in power publicly and was linked with antigovernment factions perhaps popular childrens songs like baa baa black sheep were one thing, but performing antigovernment slander when they are in the audience publicly theatrically in specatularly exaggerated fashion was literally asking for beheading.

the Bhatia community of India established themselves in East Africa, particularly in the coastal cities of Mombasa, Malindi, and Zanzibar, where they traded in spices, textiles, and other commodities. They also played a significant role in the development of Swahili culture, which is a blend of African and Indian influences.
In addition, there were several Hindu merchants who established themselves in West Africa, particularly in the cities of Timbuktu and Gao in present-day Mali, where they traded in salt, gold, and other commodities. These traders played a key role in the trans-Saharan trade routes, which linked West Africa with North Africa and the Mediterranean.
Overall, while there were no Hindu kings in Africa, Hindu traders and merchants played a significant role in the development of trade, culture, and politics in the region.

This is not the entire history of Africa. It's the history of Africa based on European and Arabian histories: the Roman Empire, the Arabian empire, the Medieval period, the colonial period and the postcolonial. Actual Africa is incidentally involved or mentioned between one empire exchange to the next. This is not African history: it's historical empires in Africa. Also, how can the second biggest continent only have agriculture along the Nile? Just really let that seep in for a moment. It's nonsense. Especially when you consider how extremely fertile the continent is. This has nothing to do with modern day agriculture. Grrh!

There is also no mention of the first African peoples who were peace loving and how the Africans were forcibly made into warriors as a reaction by the coming of other peoples from the east ,west and north. Peace was initially well guarded in now Africa that even our Lord Jesus was reported to have escaped to.
